All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer multiple different shipping options so you can decide which is best for you!
How much does shipping cost?
This depends on where you’re shipping to, however, you can expect around $6-15 depending on which shipping speed you choose.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please contact us via email at support@lixcandy.com within 12 hours to update your address. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes, nor offer you a refund.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will refund you only on the products ordered. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
When will my order be delivered?
We process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 2-8 business days depending on where you’re shipping and what speed you select.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it
Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked “delivered”—carriers sometimes scan early or leave packages in unexpected spots. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is still missing after 2 days, you can submit a missing mail search with USPS or file a claim with UPS.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order. However, if you order has not yet, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@lixcandy.com, and someone from our team will do their best to assist you!
Can I cancel my order?
Our cancellation window is 12 hours from the time your order was placed. However, if your order has been processed before that, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please email support@lixcandy.com to make changes to your order and we’ll do our best!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are food items, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to be happy—so if something’s off, email us at support@lixcandy.com and we’ll make it right.
How should I store my candy?
Once opened, reseal the bag, and store them in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration helps preserve freshness, however, please note this will harden the candy slightly.
What is the shelf life of my candy?
Your candy is freshest within 1 week of delivery. We recommend enjoying it within 6 weeks, but an unopened bag can last up to 9+ months if stored in a cool, dry place.
Where are your products made?
Our products and ingredients are sourced from trusted manufacturers in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Mexico—then mixed and packed by hand in Los Angeles, CA.
Are there vegan products?
Yes! The Watermelon Sour Slices and Strawberry Sour Bites are vegan.
Are there gluten-free products?
Yes! The Watermelon Sour Slices and Sour Worms are gluten-fee.
