Born and raised in California, I’ve spent my entire career working with direct-to-consumer startups, always dreaming of the day I’d build something of my own. That dream started long before my career—back when I was a kid, spending my days at my family's Hispanic supermarkets. Those stores introduced me to the incredible world of flavors and spices that would shape my love for food and, ultimately, LIX.
I grew up immersed in it all—spending hours in the bakery, meticulously organizing the candy section, and even helping out with admin work. But my favorite part? The candy, of course. I’ve always loved sweets of all kinds, but what I love even more is the art of blending flavors and sharing them with the people I love.
