Born and raised in California, I’ve always been drawn to bold flavors and well... eating.
The idea for LIX started long before I ever called it a business. It goes back to when I was a kid spending weekends at my family’s supermarkets, organizing the candy aisle like it was my job (and for a few years it actually was).
Those early memories of sneaking bakery sweets, stocking shelves, tasting everything, really shaped my love for food and my obsession with candy. Not just eating it, but creating something that people would crave and want to share with friends and family.
LIX is that dream, finally real. It’s sweet, spicy, tangy, and nostalgic, with just enough edge to keep it interesting.
